This
1400 SF new structure currently under construction and situated
on the shoreline of Waldron Island's Sandy Point, replaces
an aging 900 SF cabin. The schematic
design study was the result of a collaboration with
the owner and architect in the truest sense.
It is always in the programming and intial planning stages
that a project succeeds or fails so patience is a virtue
in the early phases of any project- especially one where
the structure will likely be used for 100 years and passed
down through generations of the same family.
