Design Process

KSI uses model building extensively in the design process. A simple study model in the early phases of design can assist the client and design team visualize overall massing, form and scale, play of light, and grade change opportunities in the context of the site and surrounding properties. More formal models are excellent communication tools for third party presentations, city council meetings and obtaining, in many cases, project financing.
