This study, prepared to give the owner and project team some initial feedback on the property's inherent ability to support their vision, allowed the developers to make some important decisions on direction early in the planning phase. Among the items analyzed for this feasibility study were mix and density, parking capacity, environmental opportunities and constraints, surrounding property factors, access and egress considerations, views out of and in to the site, zoning, height, area, setback, and massing restrictions. The property is located in Sequim, Washington.
