This sketch was prepared to assist the Design-Build contractor show the National Forest Service and State of Alaska Fish and Game Department what type of building might go on the site in Sitka, AK. Accompanied by a rough site plan and floor plans, a preliminary program and projected budget was determined prior to to extensive survey, geotechnical, and design work which in turn allowed the client to evaluate the appropriateness of the site while limiting costs in the pre-design and site selection phase of the project.
