SAMMAMISH PLATEAU RENOVATION

Sammamish, WA

2008

This house sits within one of a series of existing circular sites that step down the plateau hillside with incredible breathtaking views out to the beautiful lake and mountainous regions beyond. Roughly doubling the house, numerous rooms were added including an indoor-outdoor great room with an extended sky lighted roof canopy extending out toward the water. Large sliding glass panels open up to connect the interior and outdoor spaces in the warm months.
