A 10 block photographic pattern analysis of both sides of Broadway from The Harvard Exit to Seattle Central Community College led to a design concept that brings color, scale, form, lighting and texture to this prominent intersection for the Capitol Hill community. The colorful clock and intersection signs have become familiar landmarks.
